1. Acceptance of the Terms

Welcome to Pen-GO. By using our booking management service you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Pen-GO is a digital platform that lets professionals manage their online bookings. The service includes:

• Creation and management of business profiles
• Online booking system for customers
• Calendar and availability management
• Automatic notifications by email and push
• Secure payment processing
• Business analytics and statistics

3. Registration and Account

To use Pen-GO you must register and create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Keeping your account secure
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
• Updating your information when needed

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pen-GO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Break applicable laws or regulations
• Use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content
• Spam or excessive use of the system

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Pen-GO services are paid. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorise recurring charges for subscriptions
• Give adequate notice of cancellations

5a. Online Payments and Commissions

Professionals who enable online payments through Pen-GO accept the following conditions:

• Online payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. Activation requires connecting a Stripe Express account managed by the Pen-GO platform.
• Pen-GO retains a commission on every online payment received through the platform. The commission percentage, and any minimum amount retained per transaction, are shown in the Payments section of the dashboard and may be updated with notice.
• Commissions are deducted automatically from the payment amount before it is credited to the professional's account.
• Refunds to customers are handled according to the policies set by the professional in the Payments section of the dashboard (cancellation by the business, cancellation by the customer, no-show).
• Pen-GO is not responsible for delays in crediting funds caused by Stripe or banks.
• The professional is responsible for correctly declaring for tax purposes the income received through the platform.
• Pen-GO reserves the right to suspend online payments in case of suspicious activity, frequent disputes or breaches of Stripe's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Pen-GO and all its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pen-GO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Cancellation and Suspension

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for breach of the terms or other valid reasons.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through the platform.
